No, we also offer Desktop Appraisals. A desktop appraisal does not require the appraiser to visit the property. Instead, you can submit photos and property information to us online. Because an on-site property visit is not required, a Desktop Appraisal is available for $325, compared with $425 for a typical appraisal that includes a property visit.
